zyBooks Planned Maintenance on Wednesday, July 16, 2025

On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 11:00pm ET to Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 1:00am ET, zyBooks will be conducting scheduled maintenance. During the maintenance window, the zyBooks platform will be intermittently unavailable.

If you have any issues after maintenance, please open a request using the options below.

Modified Canvas Help Support on July 16 and July 17, 2025

Due to a department-wide training FIU Canvas Help services will not be available on:

Wednesday July 16, 2025, from 9:00am to 11:30am ET (services resumes after 11:30am)
Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 8:00am to 8:00pm ET (services resume after 8:00pm)

Students and faculty may still submit an FIU-specific request, and we will reply and assist you once services resume.

The FIU Ed Tech Services (ETS) team will be available to assist in-person modality courses from 8:00am to 5:00pm ET.

Instructure Canvas Support will continue to be available throughout the day via phone, live chat, and ticket support by using the “Help” menu found inside Canvas.
